Eligibility

Purchases are open only to buyers who are 21 years of age or older and who are qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a laboratory. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Research use only

All materials are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic use. Any other use is a violation of these terms and grounds for refusal of current and future orders.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is accepted. Prices and availability may change without notice. Rule Biologics may cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, in which case payment will be refunded.

Shipping and handling

Materials ship according to the handling requirements stated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Proper storage after delivery is the buyer's responsibility.

Accuracy of information

Product descriptions, specifications, and batch documentation are provided in good faith and describe the material as tested. Rule Biologics does not guarantee any research outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rule Biologics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its materials. Total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
